God I still feel really guilty about those crisps on Sunday evening! Well I'll soon know the effect when I weigh myself tomorrow morning! I've got to take this more seriously. My BMI at the start of the diet was 27.5, in other words overweight! Last Wednesday it had reduced to 26.8. Ideally I'd like to be below 25 asap, but this means a long-term weight loss of a further 8kgs! It's going to be a long-haul!
